Our office
Since February 2020 we are located in our new office at Ku’damm. From here, all necessary decisions – from product development to sales – are made for our own brands. Our in-house customer service, staffed by native speakers, is also located here.
From product conception
to distribution
Everything is done by our own hands
We operate throughout Europe via various sales channels, such as our own online shops or various marketplaces, while remaining locally anchored: with headquarters in the heart of Berlin.
In Berlin, we cover the entire conception of our brands – from the first sketches to the Europe-wide distribution of the products.
Our customer support team, which receives all consumer feedback and ensures the highest possible quality of service for our customers, is also based in our office.
At the centre of our diverse product portfolio is the claim to meet consumer demand with high quality, functional products.
Direct customer feedback as well as current trends are incorporated into product design and development.
